Description:

Joint Task Force Empire Shield (JTFES) is a counter terrorist organization that patrols major metropolitan areas within New York City; they work in conjunction with NYPD and MTAPD. The organization requires ammunition to keep their service members in qualification tolerance and to be proficient with their weapon systems. The New York State Division of Military and Naval Affairs (DMNA), Latham, New York is seeking a responsible vendor to provide ammunition on an as needed basis.
