| Description: | Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals for Bid No. 103-24C - Hines Farm Park & Stables – Restroom & Playground Improvements, for Onslow County, North Carolina will be received on or before 2:00 PM, on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in Room 107 of the Onslow County Government Center, 234 NW Corridor Blvd., Jacksonville NC 28540. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 10:00 AM, in the meeting room at the Park Offices at Hines Farm Park & Stables, 1259 McAlister Road, Jacksonville NC 28540. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. The scope of work includes: Construction and/or installation including project management, coordination, scheduling, staking & technical layout, site clearing & grubbing, selective demolition, erosion control, earthwork, storm drainage, water service, sewer service, septic system, concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, sidewalks, site utilities, landscaping and ancillary work illustrated in the contract documents. Bidders shall be properly licensed under the state laws governing their respective trades and will be required to comply with all applicable statutes and regulations and those attached to and made a part of the proposal.
