The City of Steamboat Springs is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide scoria cleanup and mulch installation services within the designated zones, as shown in the attached maps. The project will primarily focus on scoria cleanup and mulch installation along the US40 and Mount Werner Circle medians. The work includes the removal and disposal of scoria, sand, weeds, and debris from the mulched beds and surrounding hard surfaces, including curb lines; mulch mixing and turnover; and mulch installation in designated median.
