On Site Security Services

The District is seeking qualified security service providers to deliver reliable, professional mobile patrol and on-call security services across approximately 15 facilities. The primary goal of this project is to enhance the safety and security of District properties by ensuring consistent monitoring, rapid response to incidents, and effective coordination during after-hours operations. Services will include routine patrols, alarm response, access support for authorized vendors, and enforcement of trespassing policies.

The selected contractor will play a critical role in protecting District assets, maintaining secure environments for staff and the community, and providing clear, timely communication and reporting. The District is looking for a partner that demonstrates strong experience, well-trained personnel, and the ability to implement efficient, technology-supported security operations across multiple sites.

The District operates over 15 sites, including elementary and middle schools, along with support facilities and administrative sites. Due to the size and distribution of District facilities, maintaining consistent and reliable after-hours security presents several challenges. These include ensuring all sites are regularly monitored, responding promptly to alarms and incidents, coordinating access for approved vendors performing work outside of normal hours, and deterring trespassing, vandalism, and unauthorized use of District property. Many sites are located in rapidly developing areas, which can increase the need for visible patrol presence and proactive security measures.
