Mowing JPPM Grounds FM26-24

This project consists of furnishing all labor, overhead, equipment, materials, incidentals, and services necessary for and incidental to mow approximately 28 acres at Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM).
Contractors may utilize their standard bid form, but please include this filled in and signed IFB. In addition, the contractor will submit
--Bid/Proposal Affidavit.
--Conflict of Interest Affidavit and Disclosure.
--Completed reference sheets.
--Company's certificates of insurance.
--Acknowledgement of receipt of any amendment(s) to this IFB.
JPPM will regard any bids from contractors without the required paperwork, received after the due date, or received without the completed IFB as non-responsive. Contractors may mail, fax, or e-mail their bid. Bids must be received by the due date.
1.  40 Mows of area 1, the Public/Educational area, as described in the specifications
2.  40 mows of area 2, MAC/MSC grounds, as described in the specifications
3.  40 Mows of area 3, the Patterson Estate, as described in the specifications
4.  40 Mows of area 4, the North End grounds, as described in the specifications.
