The Navajo Area Indian Health Services, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, Laboratory Department, is requesting a Cost-Per Reportable Lease Agreement for a Fully Automated Urinalysis System..
This procurement is conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Where as the Government reserves the right to issue a firm-fixed price single award from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be th emost advantageous to the Government, price and other factors cosidered.
