Requirement Overview
The acquisition covers 17 NSNs from Federal Stock Classes (FSCs) 2510, 2530, 3040, 4710, and 4720. For all items For all items, the Government holds rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no restrictions related to technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing.

Contract Structure
Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Weapons Support proposes fixed-price contract(s) with annual price adjustment provisions for out-year pricing. The resulting long-term indefinite quantity contract(s) will include:

Export-Control Requirements
Some or all technical data is subject to ITAR or EAR export-control regulations. Export includes disclosure of technical data to foreign persons or nationals, whether in the U.S. or abroad. This requirement applies equally to foreign national employees, U.S. companies, and their foreign subsidiaries. DFARS 252.225-7048 applies.

Offerors and proposed sources of supply must have approved JCP certification and DLA controlling authority approval. DLA will not delay award for suppliers to apply for approval.
Market Research
Based on market research, the Government is not using FAR Part 12 (Commercial Items) policies. Vendors may notify the contracting officer within 15 days if they can meet requirements with a commercial item.
Consolidation
This acquisition consolidates requirements in accordance with FAR 7.107-2. The determination of necessity and justification will be posted with the solicitation (FAR 7.107-5(c)).
