Project Description: Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit:

Purpose: ** amended to include hybrid licensing **
The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract for the purchase of Ivanti Neurons, as detailed in the attached specifications and cost sheet. Vendors must include pricing for hybrid licensing that covers both Ivanti Endpoint Manager (on-premise) and Ivanti Neurons (cloud-based) for a period of up to three years. Bids will only be accepted from vendors who are authorized Ivanti reseller partners.
Award:
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Term Options: ** amended to add a five-year option **
The District is requesting pricing for a one-year, three-year, and five-year agreement. A purchase order for a one-year term is expected to be issued in mid-June. If the District determines that a longer option is in its best interest, and pending School Board approval, the one-year purchase order may be amended to add the additional years. This would be a multiyear agreement with annual licensing payment.

All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the Q&A Board within the electronic bidding system prior to the designated deadline. Responses will be posted in the same location. Bidders are responsible for allowing sufficient time to complete and upload all required documentation before the submission deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.
