REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Sealed proposals submitted electronically will be opened in the Conway Mayor’s Office, City Hall, 1111 Main St, Conway, Arkansas 72032, at 10:00 a.m., local time Wednesday, September 16, 2026, and publicly read aloud, for 2026.2016 Employee Benefits Insurance Broker Services.
The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain proposals from qualified employee benefits insurance brokers to provide comprehensive brokerage, consulting, and advisory services for the City of Conway’s employee health insurance and benefits program.
The selected broker will assist the City in evaluating its benefit program, developing and evaluating funding, marketing coverage to qualified insurance carriers and service providers, negotiating favorable rates and contract terms, and providing ongoing benefits administration, and compliance.
