THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY (HEREAFTER, THE "AUTHORITY" OR NYPA") INVITES YOU TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL TO PERFORM SPDES SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS SERVICES AS OUTLINED IN THE ARIBA EVENT AND BID DOCUMENTS FOR THE AUTHORITY’S NIAGARA POWER PROJECT LOCATED IN LEWISTON, NY.
Bidders are hereby directed to make use of the New York Power Authority's website at
www.nypa.gov
