Description: The Buffalo Blueway Harlem Road Fishing Access and Boat Launch Project upgrades and enhances the existing public access facility to encourage fishing, paddling, and passive recreation along the Buffalo River waterfront. The project work includes upland and shoreline enhancements involving site preparation, fishing deck platform, rock and natural shoreline stabilization, pedestrian walkway and staircase installation, and installation of railings and site features.
