Notes
The intent of this solicitation is to establish an annual contract for the total maintenance (monitoring, inspection, testing, and repair services) for all Fire and Security Alarm Systems, at various locations throughout the City of Arlington for the Parks & Recreation Department. Contractor shall be able to provide a minimum 24-hour response for Security Alarm service calls and 3-hour response time for Fire Alarm service calls from time of notification.
The City of Arlington strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. If submitting a paper bid, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and labeled with the company name, solicitation number and title. Late bids will not be accepted.
