Description: The New York State Housing Finance Agency, State of New York Mortgage Agency , New York State Affordable Housing Corporation, State of New York Municipal Bond Bank Agency and Tobacco Settlement Financing Corporation seek proposals from qualified independent certified public accounting firms (“Proposers” or “Firms”), registered to practice in the State to conduct financial audits of the Agencies and perform other related audit functions as more fully described in the Scope of Services section of this RFP.
