Bidders are hereby notified that this Addendum shall be made a part of the documents. The intent is to add to, modify, or clarify

the documents. Should any of these items have an effect on price, such changes shall be included in the price bid. These items

have the same force and effect as if contained in the original.

ITEM 1: ADDITIONAL LICENSING REQUIREMENT

The licensing requirements for this project are hereby revised as follows:

Bidders must hold one of the following valid licenses issued by the State of Florida:

• Certified or Registered Building Contractor; or

• Certified or Registered General Contractor.

All other terms and conditions of the Contract Documents shall remain unchanged.

Bidders are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made a part of the above-named proposal and contract documents.

The following is issued to modify, and/or clarify the proposal and contract documents. These items shall have the same force and

effect as the original bid and contract documents, and bids to be submitted on the specified date shall conform with the additions,

deletions and revisions as listed herein.

This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20260289. Bidders

are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
