Overview
Summary

Remove existing parking stripes. Remove and replace existing AC pavement, grade and re-pave with 3" HMA over 6" class 2 AB. Grade 1 parking stall to meet ADA compliance. Remove and replace existing sidewalk and driveways. Remove portion of concrete wall. Install parking stripes signs and parking bumper.

Background

The project must be completed by May 2, 2025 for the Farmer's Market opening on May 7, 2025.
