Notice is hereby given that the City of Kent, Washington, is seeking sealed responses to a Request For Proposal. Submittals will be accepted by mail or delivery service to:

City Clerk’s Office

Kent City Hall

220 4th Avenue South

Kent, WA 98032

Emails must include “RFP – Parks Program Guide Printing” in the subject line. Submittals of RFPs must be received, regardless of the delivery method, by October 23, 2026 up to 5 p.m. PDT, as shown on the clock on the east wall of the City Clerk’s Office

The scope of work for this proposed process may include, but is not limited to, working with the city’s parks and multimedia departments to print and mail its quarterly parks and recreation guide.  A detailed scope will be developed with the selected firm.

Questions on RFP:  Proposers should submit any questions regarding the RFP via e-mail directly to Trevor Garcia.
