Description
Contract Action Type: Out-of-Scope Modification
Contract Number: 36C24823P1803
Contract Title: Janitorial Services Bay Pines VAMC Community Based Outpatient Clinics
Contracting Office: Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 8 Bay Pines VA Healthcare System
Contractor: A2H Management Services LLC
Estimated Dollar Value of Modification: $87,874.20

Description of Requirement:
This justification supports a contract modification to increase janitorial service costs at the Sebring Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) due to its relocation to a new facility. The new location requires expanded service coverage, resulting in increased monthly costs for the remaining 9 months of the contract period.
Rationale for Sole Source:
The relocation was not anticipated at the time of contract award. The incumbent contractor is already performing services under the existing contract and is fully capable of supporting the new location without delay. Transitioning to a new contractor would risk service disruption, non-compliance with VA standards, and negatively impact patient care. The modification ensures continuity of services and operational readiness at the new facility. Please see attached Justification.
