ATC Building 900 Restroom Renovations

The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Augusta Technical College for a restroom renovation project at their main campus location in strict conformity with the project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project. Augusta Technical College is located at 3200 Augusta Tech Drive, Augusta, Georgia 30906. This project has been posted as an electronic bid event within the Team Georgia Marketplace system. MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE:
Augusta Technical College (ATC) will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Prebid Conference and Site Visit at their Augusta Campus on June 5, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. EST to discuss the scope of work associated with this project. The meeting will be held in Building 300, Auditorium. Review the Mandatory Prebid Conference document attached to the GPR Bid Notice for more details.
