The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, site demolition, site grading, concrete and asphalt pavement, court surfacing, fitness court installation site furnishings, electrical service upgrade, sports field and court lighting, minor planting and irrigation, and associated work as shown on the plans. Project includes restoration of lawn or landscaped surfaces, and irrigation affected by construction.

A mandatory, in-person pre-bid conference will be held on October 2, 2025, 10am.
on-site at Mt. Eden Park, 2451 W. Tennyson Road, Hayward, CA 94545.
All participants are required to sign in at the pre-bid conference. The on-site, in-person conference is expected to take approximately one hour. Failure to attend or tardiness will render bid ineligible.
