Project Description: The scope of work includes removing existing standing seam roof and installing a new galvalume, standing seam metal roof panel system over existing "r" panel metal roof system, inspect existing 2" z-purlins attached to existing building structure. Inspect existing 2" polyisocyanurate rigid insulation between z-purlins. Install new metal fascia, rake trim, gutters and downspouts with a 2 coat fluorocarbon painted finish to match existing trim. Provide new pre-cast concrete splash blocks at the bottom of all downspout. Remove existing metal wall panels at the sides of the metal container and replace with new metal wall panels to match building wall panels.
