Description:

The City of San Leandro is seeking bids for the "WPCP Sludge-Soil-Cement Stabilization and Fill, Project No. 25-6020." The work to be done consists of sludge-soil-cement stabilization of the sludge contents of the WPCP former polishing pond, using soil from the WPCP soil stockpile, followed by import, placement, and compaction of approved soil upon the stabilized pond surface.

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE: All bidders must attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. A firm that didn’t attend the pre-bid conference isn’t qualified to bid on the project. The pre-bid conference will be held as detailed below:

Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 10:00 am at the Water Pollution Control Plant, located at 3000 Davis Street, San Leandro.

A “Class A” with Hazardous Certificate Contractor’s License is required for this work. No bid will be accepted from a contractor who has not been licensed in accordance with Chapter 9, Division 3 of the California Business and Professions Code.
