| Description: | The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a City of the first Class, is requesting proposals from qualified firms of Certified Public Accountants licensed to practice in the State of Nebraska to perform an audit of The City of Grand Island financial statements beginning with the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025. A five (5) year contract is being proposed, with a two (2) one year optional extensions after that. The City of Grand Island has a population of over 50,000, approximately 550 full-time and part-time employees and a 2024–2025 budget totaling approximately $300m. The City of Grand Island’s fiscal year begins on October 1st and ends on September 30th. |
