This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. d
Solicitation # RFQ-26-PHX-031 and this notice is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial commodities/services.
