The AFLCMC/HBUK team invites you to attend a Pre-Solicitation Conference to deploy the Defender Mobile Situational Awareness Toolkit (DMSAT) across approximately 90 CONUS and OCONUS Air Force Bases. This event will provide an overview of the requirement, discuss key contract details, and allow industry partners to ask questions before the final solicitation is released.
DMSAT leverages the Tactical Assault Kit (TAK) software suite to provide enhanced situational awareness and communication capabilities to security forces squadrons and first responder units. This acquisition will involve the procurement of commercial mobile devices, integration with government-furnished TAK software, and deployment services. The Government will leverage existing Spiral 4 contracts for CONUS cellphone and service plans; however, contractors will be expected to propose solutions for OCONUS bases.
