Science II Lab Renovation- General Construction

Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor for hazardous material removal, interior demolition of approximately 4,200 SF. This includes but is not limited to mechanical, plumbing, electrical services and equipment, interior demising walls, door lab casework, finishes and flooring. Renovation of existing lab space of approximately 4,200 SF. This includes but is not limited to, new partitions, doors, ceilings, floor, mechanical, electrical and plumbing services. This is a multiple prime project, this contract is for the General Construction Work.

The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Friday May 30, 2025 at 11:00 AM in conference room C of the physical facilities building. Please reference Binghamton University's site for parking instructions.

Prospective Bidders must purchase a bid set from nyplanroom.com to be considered a responsible bidder, even if the bidding documents were viewed or obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website and registered bidders will be updated periodically with addenda, list of registered plan holders, reports and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the project.
