Occupational Health Clinic Network - Eastern Region

The New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH), Division of Environmental Health Assessment, Bureau of Occupational Health and Injury Prevention, is soliciting applications for the operation of an occupational health clinic to participate in a statewide clinic network. Oversight and coordination of the Occupational Health Clinic Network (OHCN) will be provided through the NYSDOH's Division of Environmental Health Assessment (DEHA). The Bureau and Division will direct several activities related to the operation of the Network. One contract will be distributed in the Eastern New York region (including the following counties: Albany, Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Herkimer, Montgomery, Oneida, Otsego, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren, and Washington), in the amount of $1,922,000 to cover the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028.
