1600C406 County-Wide Paving Project - 2025

Sealed bids for paving of various county roads within Marion County, Mississippi will be received by the Marion County Board of Supervisors until 10:00 A.M. local time on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 , at the Board Room located at 215 Broad Street, Columbia, Mississippi 39429, and shortly thereafter will be opened and publicly read. Bidders who wish to submit bids electronically in lieu of a sealed bid may submit their bid through www.dunganeng.com .

The work involved in the project includes roadway base repairs, hot mix asphalt leveling, hot mix asphalt overlays, bituminous surface treatment and related items of work as described in the project Bidding Documents. All documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from Dungan Engineering, P. A., 1574 Highway 98 East, Columbia, Mississippi 39429, (601) 731-2600, www.dunganeng.com . Documents are nonrefundable and must be purchased through the website to be on the official plan holders list. Bid preparation will be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders bound in the Documents. The Marion County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids.
