Description: Catholic Charities Tompkins/Tioga, located in Tioga County, is seeking request for proposals (RFP) from qualified and experienced vendors and manufacturers of specialty vehicles for the purchase of one (1) fully equipped mobile food truck vehicle in conjunction with a 2024 CDBG grant. The $243,533 award (NYS CDBG Project #1142PF121-24) will be used to purchase a mobile food truck to begin the Tioga Fresh Mobile Café program that will allow for increased access to free, hot, and nutritious meals for low- and moderate-income residents of Tioga County, NY. Of the $243,533 award, $220,800 will be allocated to purchase the mobile food truck. The remaining funds will be utilized for program administration and program delivery.
