WAYNE REGIONAL EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AGENCY
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received, opened, and read aloud, by Wayne Regional
Educational Service Agency at the Administration Building located at 33500 Van Born Rd, Wayne, MI
48184 by electronic submission to Building Connected no later than 11:30 AM local time on Tuesday,
September 22, 2026 for the following work:
Wayne RESA - Leak Detection Upgrades
Contract documents will be available electronically for examination and distribution on or after
September 1, 2026, at 11:30 AM by following the link to the Barton Malow Public Plan Room:

The School Board will not accept any bid submitted after the indicated due time and date.
Bidders will be required to submit with their Bid Proposals a Bid Security by a qualified surety authorized
to do business in the state where the Project is located. All Bid Proposals shall be accompanied by the
following forms: Familial Disclosure Form (in accordance with MCL 380.1267), an Iran Economic
Sanctions Act Form (in compliance with Michigan Public Act No. 517 of 2012), and Affidavit of
Compliance - Criminal Background Check Form (in accordance with Sex Offenders Registration Act,
Public Act 295 of 1994), a Signature Page, Assurances and Certifications and a Vendor Statement of
Qualifications. Bid Proposals that do not include sworn and notarized forms shall not be accepted.
