The project is being solicited under a Best Value (BV)process where award of the project is made to the contractor with the highest scoring technical and priced proposal combined. A Mandatory Prebid Meeting is scheduled for September 19, 2024, from 1:00PM to 2:30PM. The meeting will be held at the CDOT KOA Office at 18500 East Colfax Avenue, Aurora, CO 80011. |
