Description

The Hawaii Air National Guard is making a request for quotation for the procurment of new condeser coils for two (2) Trane CGAM 60-ton chillers (Trane CGAM060F / U13F36141 & U14F36142).



Quantity: 4 Total (2 each per chiller)



Trane Model No.: CGAM 060F 2J02 AXD2 A1B1 A1AX XA1D 1A2A 1A8B XBXA 5A1D XXXL XX (High Efficiency)



Material: Condenser, AL Fin, 3/8 x .020 Tube, 68" FH x 127" FL, 2 Rows, 16 FPI (no Microchannel). *** 16 Ga. Galvanized Casing *** .006 Aluminum Fin.



Corrosion Coating-Condenser Coil: Heresite (Dip N' Bake p413C) (e.g. RAHN Industries or equal to)



Inlcude Parts Unit Warrantity Minimum (1 Years) - Please provide warranty details in your quotation.



Description of Supply: The contractor shall supply four (4) new corrosion coated condenser coils for the two (2) air-cooled chiller units located at Building 3385, JBPHH, HI (Trane CGAM060F / U13F36141 & U13F36142). Each chiller has two (2) coils and uses R-410a for a total Building capacity of 356kW (see attached Drawings & Photos).



Estimated Required Delivery Date: 5-6 weeks after receipt of order (ARO).



Funding is pending at the time of this solicitiation, by submitting a quotation contractor acknoledges and ensures pricing provided will reamain valid for up 60 days.



Quotations (Pricing and signed Solicitation document) should be submitted to Emma Newbegin, at emma.a.newbegin.civ@army.mil, no later than 1 August 2025, 1200 EST.
