The government is looking to award a Requirements Contract that Task Orders can be issued under to cover asbestos abatements as they arise at the facility. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, training, transportation, and personnel necessary to accomplish Asbestos Abatement tasks in accordance with VA provided drawings and specifications.
The magnitude of construction project is estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
Tentative dates for issuing invitations, opening bids, and completing contract performance;
The Request for Proposal (RFP) should be posted on/about 04-18-2025, with proposal due within 30-45 days thereafter.
Plans will be available for inspection without charge:
