Solicitation Summary
The Board of Education of St. Mary’s County on behalf of St. Mary’s County Public Schools (SMCPS) is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Vendors to perform exterior refurbishment of various schools. The work shall include but is not limited to the services and supplies described in “Specifications VI”. SMCPS reserves the right to make multiple awards. Contractors shall be responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of authorities having jurisdiction while meeting project specifications and requirements. All work must be substantially completed by March 28, 2025.
