Legal Notice
Notice is hereby given that the Arkadelphia Public School District intends to examine options for custodial service contractors. Copies of the Request for Proposal (RFP) can be obtained from the Director of Support Services Office beginning Friday, April 25, 2025 or RFP can be downloaded from the District Website at https://www.arkadelphiaschools.org/ . Proposals are to be submitted to Attention: Jimmy King, Arkadelphia Public Schools, PO Box 10 Street, Arkadelphia, AR 71923 or by email to jimmy.king@arkadelphiaschools.org by 4:00 p.m. May 12, 2025.

No offer of intent should be construed from this legal notice that the Arkadelphia Public School District intends to enter into a contract with any party for custodial services contractor unless, in the sole opinion of the District, it is in the District’s best interest. All costs involved in submitting proposals to the District’s custodial RFP shall be borne in full by the interested party.
All interested parties are encouraged to schedule a visit with the Director of Support Services to review specifications to clarify questions and for a walk-through of the facilities requiring custodial services.
The Arkadelphia Public School District reserves the right to accept any proposal which it deems most favorable to the interest of the District and to reject any or all proposals or any portion of any proposal submitted which in the District’s opinion, is not in the best interest of the District.
