LEGAL NOTICE
The Licking County Treasurer, as agent for the Licking County Board of Commissioners,
intends to issue a Request for Proposals ("RFP") to contract for the acceptance of payments by
Financial Transaction Devices, on behalf of the Licking County Offices included in the RFP. Proposals
will be received by the Board of Commissioners at the County Administration Building until 3:00 PM
on_Tuesday, May 26, 2026.
Proposals must be mailed in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Licking County Board of
Commissioners at 20 S. Second Street, 4" Floor, Newark, Ohio 43055, and be clearly marked as
"Proposal for Acceptance of Payments by Financial Transaction Devices."
The RFP package will be mailed on May 4, 2026 to those who have indicated, by written request by or
before noon on May 4, 2026, interest in receiving the RFP package. Written requests of interest may
be sent to the Licking County Board of Commissioners at 20 S. Second Street, 4"" Floor, Newark, Ohio
43055 or champer@lickingcounty.gov.
