C5613080-D Re-Bid 1-VINYL FLOORING REMOVAL, DISPOSAL, INSTALLATION AND REPAIR SERVICES

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, including travel, per diem, materials,
non-consumable supplies, transportation, equipment, and every other item of expense
necessary to perform Vinyl Flooring Removal, Disposal, Installation and Repair Services
for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Pelican Bay State
Prison (PBSP), located at 5905 Lake Earl Drive, Crescent City, California 95532, herein
after referred to as ¿The State¿.
The Contractor shall provide service to remove, dispose, install and repair vinyl flooring on
an as-needed basis. The Contractor shall perform services during normal business hours
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday or at a date and time mutually agreed upon
between the Contractor and the Institution Contract Liaison or designee, excluding State
holidays. The State may, at its discretion, allow access to the affected areas during
non-business hours when necessary.
