Scope of work generally consists of construction of an approximately 2,400 square foot, single floor facility to serve as the Marine Operations Building, demolition of existing septic tank, leach field, and sewage tank, installation of an aerobic septic system, construction of a parking lot, site grading, and area lighting. This is a lump sum bid item.
