RFQ #C5613135 - UCCCI Project Manager Support

The State of California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation¿s (CDCR)
Enterprise Information Services (EIS) Unified Communications, Collaboration, and
Contraband Interdiction (UCCCI) unit is contracting for Project Management services
for Information Technology (IT) projects. These projects include a wide variety of
initiatives which impact multiple applications and platforms. This includes Project
Management Planning, Project Management Execution and Controlling, Project
Reporting, Project Closing, and knowledge transfer, as well as Maintenance and
Operations (M&O) for each project. The Contractor is responsible for overseeing and
managing the solution implementations, as well as those attributed to M&O including
directing project requirements definition (e.g., business requirements, site surveys,
and technical requirements), design, build, test, documentation, training, and
installation.
