Project Description: The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to
procure an Enterprise Recreation Management System that will support the County’s
recreation programs and services. The desired system will be cloud-based, highly
configurable, and scalable along with all related implementation, hosting, maintenance, and
support services. The solution should provide a long-term, sustainable platform capable of
supporting the recreation program operations of both the Fairfax County Park Authority
(FCPA) and the Department of Neighborhood and Community Services (NCS).
