The University of South Carolina's Union Campus is seeking bids to replace the existing roof system and plywood deck with new plywood deck and roof system (60-Mil PVC Membrane, 1/2" gypsum cover board, 3.5" polyiso insulation, 5/8" gypsum underlayment) and make structural repairs to the existing framing for USC Union's Student Services Building in accordance with the Hand-Delivery or Mail Service only.
