The City of Siloam Springs will be accepting sealed bids for Sager Creek Addition Rebuilds until 2:00 pm CST on November 8th, 2024 at the City Community Development Building, 410 N. Broadway, Siloam Springs, Arkansas.  All interested parties may obtain complete construction plans and bid specifications from Brandy Rowbotham, at the address listed above upon the payment of ($50).  Partial sets are not available.  Electronic (pdf) files may be obtained at no cost by emailing a request to For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. .  Sealed bids may be delivered in-person or by private carrier to the City c/o Brandy Rowbotham at 410 N. Broadway, Siloam Springs, Arkansas; or mailed to the City c/o Brandy Rowbotham at P.O. Box 80, Siloam Springs, Arkansas 72761, in an envelope marked as follows: “Sealed Bid Enclosed – Sager Creek Addition Rebuilds”.  The sealed bids must be received prior to the above date and time.

Demolition and disposal of four existing concrete-paved streets and driveway aprons, totaling approximately 125,000 square feet. Replacement of existing subgrade and the construction of new curb and gutter, asphalt, driveways, and sidewalks.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for all interested bidders on October 28th at 3:00 pm, in the conference room of the Community Development Building.  All interested contractors are strongly encouraged to attend.

In order to perform public work, the successful Bidder shall, as applicable, hold such Contractor's and Business Licenses as required by State statutes and the Rules and Regulations of the Arkansas Contractor's Licensing Board.

The City shall open and compare the bids and thereafter award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, but only if it is in the opinion of the City that the best interests of the City would be served thereby.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, and to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time which shall not exceed 90 days from the bid opening date.
