Synopsis:
|
|
Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools, as represented by Corporate Services, is requesting proposals for the Supply and Maintenance of Office, Multi-Functional Devices and Printers (see Appendices D, E, F and G) in accordance with conditions stated herein. Through this Request for Proposal the GSCS seeks to:
a) Select the successful Proponent.
b) Specify the conditions that would govern any resulting Contract.
c) Determine costs for each year of the term including any extension years.
The term of Contract shall commence on July 1, 2025 and shall remain in effect until June 30, 2030,
unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms outlined herein. GSCS reserves the right to
extend for one (1) additional year for a total Contract length of 6 years.
