Supply of Bobcat Skid Steer Loader
Synopsis:

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage a vendor for the Supply of a brand-new Bobcat Skid-Steer Loader, M0283 (S770 with standard equipment and comfort package) as specified in the RFQ document. The Bobcat Skid Steer is required to be shipped to SIGA’s Painted Hand Casino location by July 31, 2025, a trade-in offer for a 2008 Bobcat S250 is included in the RFQ.

Additional Information:
  1. No substitute models will be accepted. If loader quoted has additional features, provide a list of what the additional features are and the associated costs with a separate Specification sell sheet.
  2. The Bobcat must be brand new and have no operating hours accumulated. (If any hours have accumulated on the Bobcat from display moving, etc., the hours must be indicated with this bid submission).
  3. AC Tax, Tire Tax, Destination Fee and any discount must be included in the quote above.
  4. Loader MUST NOT be driven to the F.O.B Delivery Point; it must be transported to the F.O.B Delivery Point via flat deck truck or other means. Associated costs should be included in the delivery section of the above table.
  5. Standard warranty to be included. Provide warranty information along with your bid submission. Provide information on extended warranty and trade in options/programs and pricing.
  6. Bidders shall provide the specification sheet of the Loader along with their bid submission.
  7. Bidders shall ensure before delivery that the Loader is free from wear (rust), if it has been displayed outdoors at their location.
  8. SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
  9. Price quoted must be in Canadian Dollars and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA including all shipping/freight.
  10. Vendors are required to indicate their interest in scheduling a site visit to inspect the existing Bobcat (S250 2008 Model) prior to submitting a trade-in price. The site visit must be completed prior to the close date of this RFQ, so that the bid submission is fully completed.
