The Campbell County Department of Public Works is soliciting Construction Price Quotes for the Annex concrete landscaping project located at 505 South Gillette Ave.
The project is generally described as:
-
Remove and dispose of 36 square feet of concrete sidewalk
-
Remove and dispose of 15 cubic yards of existing landscape rock, landscape fabric, and dirt material
-
Grade and compact 1100 square feet of landscape area
-
Install 1100 square feet of 4 inch thick concrete paving City class B
-
Work around existing handrails
-
Place concrete around existing electrical box and existing generator pad
-
Slope concrete to 2 drains
