Synopsis:
|
|
SaskWater has initiated a project to transition from traditional on-site hosted network file storage to a cloud-based solution that includes Microsoft SharePoint and an EDRMS (Electronic Document and Record Management System) solution. To assist with this project SaskWater is looking to contract with a consultant with experience and expertise in EDRMS practices and solutions and Microsoft SharePoint. An EDRMS solution has not been determined at this stage.
It is anticipated the project will be completed in three (3) phases
Phase 1: Development of requirements, solution determination, and implementation plan.
Phase 2: Execution of the Implementation Plan
Phase 3: On-going consulting for EDRMS and SharePoint
