The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified Offerors to establish term contract(s), through competitive negotiations to provide professional engineering consulting, construction administration/management, and related services associated with water and wastewater system evaluation, planning, design, and construction for the Middlesex Water Authority and the County of Middlesex, Virginia. Services shall be provided on an “as needed” basis in accordance with the requirements herein.
