Description

The Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement to remove the MALSR at HPN Air Traffic Control Tower in White Plains, NY.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking competent and qualified small business site preparation contractor interested in providing offers for the work described below

General Statement of Work:





HPN ATCT: Provide all labor, materials, supervision and transportation in accordance with the specifications and drawings that will be included with solicitation. The work required is for the Westchester County Airport Runway 16 Medium Intensity Approach Lighting System with RAIL (MALSR) removal of the 55’ tall station 25+80 steel monopole, RAIL equipment and cables located on Interstate 684, White Plains, NY.

1. Contract performance time is 14 calendar days after issuance of the Notice-to-proceed

2. This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside

3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238910 – Site Preparation Contractors

4. The Small Business Size Standard is $19 Million

5. The rough order of magnitude for this proposed construction project is between $50,000.00 and $150,000.00.

6. Site Visits are not mandatory, but may be requested. Information will be specified in the Request for Proposal.

The Request for Proposal Package is expected to be available late February/early March 2025. Contractors must submit their request for this package no later than 5:00 pm (CST) by February 21, 2025.
