This acquisition is for an upgrade of current Oxford EDS and EBSD systems which have been integrated with our Thermo Fisher scanning electron microscope (SEM), Quanta 650, in one vacuum chamber since 2014. The new EDS and EBSD system will be compatible with the Quanta 650 and the ports of the vacuum chamber housing the SEM, EDS, and EBSD systems. |
