Conroy Road Line Rebuild ITB

Bid Description:
Northern Wasco County PUD invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the Conroy Road Line Rebuild. The project involves rebuilding the Highway 216 to Conroy Rd. distribution line.

Bid Documents:
Bid documents, including plans and specifications, are available [insert how and where the documents can be obtained, e.g., “online at RFPs/ITBs (Proposals/Bids) – Northern Wasco Peoples Utility District (nwascopud.org) or at the agency office located at 2345 River Road, The Dalles, OR 97058.

Pre-Bid Meeting:
A pre-bid meeting will be held on April 9 at 8:00 am PDT.

Submission of Bids:
Sealed bids must be received by April 23 by 1:00 pm PDT at 2345 River Road, The Dalles, OR 97058. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud April 23 by 1:00 pm PDT in the Board Room.

Bid Security:
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid is required. Performance and payment bonds will also be required from the successful bidder.

Compliance Requirements:
Bidders must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and requirements, including but not limited to, prevailing wage rates and minority business enterprise goals.
