Project Description: Construction Services for the Rehabilitation of the Metra 115th RIDB Station & Two Parking Facilities. All labor and materials for the construction of two warming shelters and parking at the Metra 115th Street Station including: Demolition of the existing shelters. Demolition of existing site-work, concrete, landscape, signage, and other items as required for new construction. Construction of new warming shelters serving both the inbound and outbound platforms, plaza, sidewalks, parking storm-water management, landscaping, site lighting, signage and other work as shown on the drawings. The contractor shall obtain all required permits as required to complete the work.
